Surfsedge Construction Update – Feb. 2020

A sales and construction office has been delivered to the site and work to enclose it, as well as installing exterior ramps/stairs and trellis, has begun. Building permits for the first two model homes have been submitted, and their construction is expected to commence in late March. Utility work is progressing well.
