As Director of Finance for The Lutgert Companies, Heather Leslie brings more than two decades of financial leadership in the real estate and development industry. She oversees financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis across the company’s diverse portfolio, including luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality assets.

Heather plays a key role in guiding capital strategies, evaluating new investment opportunities, and ensuring the financial integrity of ongoing developments. Her expertise supports Lutgert’s continued growth and long-standing reputation for excellence in Southwest Florida and beyond.

Known for her analytical rigor and collaborative approach, Heather partners closely with executive leadership, project teams, and external partners to drive performance and deliver long-term value. Prior to joining The Lutgert Companies, she held senior finance positions with leading regional developers and advisory firms. Heather holds a degree in accounting and is a licensed CPA. She is based at the company’s Naples headquarters.
