Ryan Duffy

Ryan Duffy, CCM, is an accomplished hospitality executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in premier private clubs and luxury resort environments across the country. He currently serves as General Manager of Linville Ridge in Linville, North Carolina, where he oversees all facets of club operations with a focus on member satisfaction, operational excellence, and elevated lifestyle experiences.

A Certified Club Manager (CCM), Ryan brings a well-rounded background in hospitality management, food and beverage operations, banquet services, and wine programming. Prior to joining Linville Ridge in 2021, he held key leadership roles at some of the country’s most respected private clubs, including Clubhouse Manager at Roaring Fork Club in Colorado, The Valley Club in Idaho, and Director of Food and Beverage at Stone Eagle Golf Club in California. He also gained valuable experience as Food and Beverage Manager at Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells and Royal Oaks Country Club in Houston, Texas.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Known for his hands-on leadership style, attention to detail, and deep understanding of club culture, he has built a strong reputation for driving member engagement, team performance, and operational innovation in the private club industry.
