The Man Who Reimagined
the Naples Coastline

In 1964, Raymond L. Lutgert arrived in Naples with a bold idea and a belief in what Southwest Florida could become. What began as a single, transformative development—Park Shore, the state’s first master-planned beachfront community—soon gave rise to The Lutgert Companies, a name now synonymous with excellence in luxury real estate. Ray’s pioneering spirit, unwavering integrity, and commitment to quality remain the foundation of everything we do. Today, guided by the same values, our company continues to shape exceptional places to live, work, and thrive—building on a legacy that began with one man’s vision and continues through generations.
